The Daisy's Dining Show evenings bring together dinner, entertainment and live music in an elegant and convivial atmosphere. Each week, a programme of artists and musicians accompanies guests throughout the evenings.

At Nine Vita, advanced facial treatments, massages and regenerating body rituals are designed to brighten the skin, ease tension and promote a profound sense of wellbeing.

A sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, ice bath, relaxation area and 4K Home Theatre make up a sensory journey designed to regenerate body and mind during your stay. Open every day from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm.

PRIVATE SPA
From 9:30 pm to midnight, you may book the entire Spa privately at a cost of €500, featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers, jacuzzi, counter-current pool, cold plunge and Spa Home Theatre. Alternatively, you may book exclusively the Spa Home Theatre area at a cost of €250. Both experiences include a bottle of Champagne offered by House of Nine.

GYM e PILATES STUDIO
A boutique gym in the centre of Florence, designed for training in a refined, private and never-crowded setting, with state-of-the-art equipment and Pilates Reformer sessions available by appointment.

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm.

Should you arrive early, we kindly invite you to contact our Reception team in advance. We will be glad to assist you subject to availability and, should your room not yet be ready upon your arrival, we will take care of your luggage.

At check-in, a valid form of identification will be requested for each guest staying at the hotel.

GETTING TO HOTEL NUMBER NINE

On request, we are glad to arrange a private transfer from any airport or station. Kindly let us know your arrival time, flight or train details, the number of guests and your luggage.

Florence's historic centre is a strictly enforced Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). We invite guests arriving by car to use our parking service at a nearby garage (€50 per day, including collection and return of the vehicle, and ZTL plate registration).

Only 5 km from the centre. The T2 tram reaches Santa Maria Novella in about 20 minutes (€1.70, every few minutes, from a stop two minutes from the terminal). Official white taxis offer a fixed fare of approximately €22–25, with a journey time of around 15 minutes.

Approximately 80 km away. We recommend the PisaMover shuttle to Pisa Centrale, then a direct train to Santa Maria Novella (around 1 to 1½ hours in total). For late arrivals, a private transfer is the most comfortable option.

Santa Maria Novella (SMN), Florence's main station, offers high-speed and regional connections to Rome, Milan, Bologna, Venice and beyond. From the station, the hotel is a short walk through the San Lorenzo quarter.

For birthdays, anniversaries, romantic stays or private celebrations, we can assist you with flowers, Champagne in your room, bespoke arrangements and other personalised touches.
Our team will be glad to help you create a special moment during your stay.

FOOD
À la carte breakfast is served every day from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
Room service is available 24 hours a day.
Daisy's Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday, for lunch from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and for dinner from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. You may consult our menu on the dedicated page.
ROOMS
The room temperature is regulated according to the hotel's seasonal settings: 24°C during the summer period and 18°C during the winter period.
For specific requests regarding temperature, a preference between bath or shower, or any mobility requirements, we invite you to contact Reception before your arrival.
Our team will do its utmost to assist you subject to availability.
4 LEGGED FRIENDS
At Hotel Number Nine, your four-legged friends are very much part of the experience. We welcome pets up to 22 kg at no extra charge.
We love your pets as if they were our own, and we are delighted to host them during your stay in Florence.
For your peace of mind and the safety of our staff, you will find a special door hanger in your room to signal when your dog is inside.
KIDS
Younger guests are warmly welcomed at Hotel Number Nine. We strive to make every family stay comfortable and seamless, offering flexible accommodation setups and essential child-friendly amenities upon request, subject to availability.
