Why be a founding member
The founding membership offers incredible one off benefits that can last a lifetime.
Year 1 membership saving total - €840+IVA/VAT
Year 2 membership saving total - €360+IVA/VAT
Year 3 onwards - guaranteed 10% discount on membership for life
This plus all of the additional benefits such as the spectacular annual party with F&B included, and a bottle of champagne and free massage on your birthday, as well as guaranteed special benefits on all future House of Nine activities.
Partner/Spouse/Family offers
We have decided to institute a couple’s rate, which can apply to partners or relatives.
Those purchasing two memberships will receive a 10% discount on the rate and a €100 credit per person to spend at House of Nine.
So €162+VAT per month
€1944+VAT per year.Those purchasing a second membership at a later stage will receive a 20% discount on the second membership, and a €150 credit on the first membership to spend at House of Nine.
Please note that these couple benefits will ONLY be available to founding members.
Opening hours
The operational hours of the full club services go from 8am to 8pm, this includes the gym and the SPA.
However, this does not mean that in the evening the club is closed.
The club is open in the evening for:
Provided no prior event has been booked members will be able to bring any number of guests into the club from 8pm along the following guidelines:
Members dining (with 24 hours notice provided no event is already booked)
Members drinks, cigars, and aperol (booked by 13:00 on the day provided no event is already booked)
Any booking requests from members, small and big. We will keep the club open and serviced for you upon request!
We ask for advance notice only to be able to guarantee our service to the standards we always aspire to.
Cultural evening events:
A series of other evenings will be available across the year:
We will be creating Daisy’s Dining shows, once a week from February, and twice from May, these will be evenings consisting of drinks, dinner and a show with dancing, available by purchasing a ticket in advance
(with your 15% discount of course).Late night dance tickets will be made available to members only during the Daisy’s Dining events
One strictly members event a month with special guests and entertainment (no ticket needed)
Any other cultural events in our series or requests

Please remember that common sense will be applied always and members' requests will always be treated with the utmost urgency, even the last minute ones!
Dress code
There will be no specific dress code in the club, but members will be asked to refrain from using the lounge whilst in their exercise clothes.
Social Commitee
A social committee to create and engage with cultural events in the club will be created in due course. This will also act as a form of feedback and communication with the owners.
Opening Hours
The club will be open every evening for socialising and use of members. Whilst the operational hours of the SPA and Gym services will be 8am to 8pm. If the club is closed in the evening for an event advanced notice shall be given to all members, and can occur a maximum of only 5 times per month.
The club is open in the evening with the following services:
Provided no prior event has been booked members will be able to bring any number of guests into the club from 8pm along the following guidelines:
Members fine-dining (with 72 hours notice provided no event is already booked to agree menu and service, minium 8 persons)
Members drinks, cigars, club menu and aperol open every night except Daisy's Dining nights and one off events. Bar closes at midnight unless pre-arranged by members.
The only evening rule is that only members can pay for services in the club.
The private dining room is also available for small dinners and events.
Cinema, sports matches, cultural events, board games and more can all be viewed or hosted in the club space.
We ask for as much advance notice for larger groups and special requests to be able to guarantee our service to the standards we always aspire to.
Extended members services available
Other services we will be instated following on from feedback and requests:
Top quality and value laundry service, both at the hotel and eventually at your home
Chef service at your home with the Nine team
Concierge for other domestic issues that the Nine team can help you with
Private driver services and coordination
Reciprocal memberships
We are also working to instate some reciprocal memberships with other clubs across the world, and exciting talks have already begun with potential clubs in Milan, London and New York.
Corporate offers
Flexible corporate packages will be available to individuals with business that wish to get involved in the House of Nine membership.
One off gift memberships / Temporary Memberships
Upon request founding members will be able to gift or recommend a temporary membership for up to 90 days to a friend or partner.
The prices will be:
One week - €250+IVA/VAT
One month - €400+IVA/VAT
Three Months - €1000+IVA/VAT
Until the 31st of February founding members will have a 50% discount on these gifts.
This option will be included online, and accessible once you have paid your refundable deposit for House of Nine. You will be offered these at checkout on our new webpage.
Out of town memberships
Out of town memberships will be available to those who live further than 50 kilometers away from House of Nine and will be available to founding members only at a discounted rate of 50%.
Again this option is available online.
Payment Plan
We hope that with these additional offers there are plenty of options for people to explore membership of House of Nine, and for both individuals and couples to gradually test out services. Again, we will always show common sense and flexibility.
Finally we would like to acknowledge the large scope of our ambitions and that we need, and want, to continue to prove to you all the value of our services and the consistency of our word. Thus we invite you all to proceed as your desire, and set out two different paths to continue to explore the membership of House of Nine.
Over the coming weeks we will keep you all up to date with our works and progress if you sign up to our mailing list. Please do also come and visit us, we would love to see you for a coffee or lunch to explain everything in further detail face to face and our door is always open.
Option 1:
Pay up front your members fee (€2,160+IVA/VAT) or
Pay the first trimester of 4 months and select the spilt payment option (€720+IVA/VAT)
You will have anytime until the 11th of February, after the opening party to cancel your membership should you wish and receive a full refund.
Should for any reason the opening be delayed the terms and benefits will simply start at a later date (e.g. March 9)
Payments will be guaranteed for a year.
Option 2:
Sign up to our mailing list and receive all of the updates on the works and progress regarding House of Nine.
Reserve the option to become a member
before February 9th and make the most of the founding members offer and attend the opening party

Why House of Nine is such great value
House of Nine combines a series of benefits that one might typically use on a frequent basis during one’s life in Florence.
TO NAME BUT A FEW!
Gym membership:
Gym membership in Florence will typically cost you between €80 and €100 a month.
In House of Nine you will have super luxury private locker rooms and a private gym studio at your service every day.
Smart working:
Smart working desks at the Nana Bianca or Student Hotel cost from €130+IVA (flexible) to €200+IVA (fixed) per month.
In House of Nine the Smart Working private area will be equipped for your needs and bookable free of charge as part of our membership.
Private meetings:
Private meeting rooms in a standard hotel in Florence will cost at least €300+IVA to book for a morning or afternoon. In some hotels significantly more. These services will be included in your House of Nine Membership.
Private dining:
For intimate private dining, aside from minimum commitment on spending and numbers, you will often have to pay a rental for a private room in a hotel or restaurant in Florence. This can range from €200 - €500 for an evening. This before paying for F&B, where at House of Nine you will receive a 15% discount on already the most competitive prices for a top quality service that can be found in Florence.
Private events:
Hosting a private event in Florence can be an expensive business, any event that goes above a private dinner for 20 or so friends requires a proper venue hire. Venues in the center of Florence tend to be old palazzi and always require a full hire of equipment (kitchen, tables, chairs etc) not to mention service (F&B, audio, lighting etc). Private venue hire can range from €2500 - €10,000 for similar spaces, and a technical service easily from €5000 - €10,000 before paying for F&B.
As part of House of Nine you will have all of these services included in your membership.
Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch/Club Menu:
Have your top quality menu and service at an exceptional price for 365 days a year.

Beauty / Pilates / Guided Small Classes:
Receive your 15% discount on all Nine Vita offerings right here in the heart of Florence and next to all of your private services included in House of Nine.
SPA:
Day SPA access with a quality service in Florence can cost from €160 a day to packages worth €500 - €3000.
All SPA services will be included in the House of Nine Membership. The SPA will be 100% closed to the public, with significant extended services bookable to members, and available only to hotel guests.
Private Club/Concierge:
Private clubs in Florence, offering only private location, lounge and dining services have fees starting from €100 per month. None will offer the comprehensive concierge service that will be offered at House of Nine.
Private clubs around the world:
Comparable private clubs from around the world start their membership from around €150 to €300 per month, and very few offer the comprehensive, all-included, local benefits that will be offered at House of Nine. Most also include a one of signing fee starting from €500 but often much higher.
Entertainment:
The cultural programme at House of Nine will become core to its activity and members will have one event included per month dedicated to them. On top of this evening Daisy’s Dining shows and events will be open for members and friends to enjoy freely, alongside their 15% discount on F&B, and all private Daisy’s Entertainment will also have the 15% discount applied.
